Event & Ticket Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all ticket holders and event attendees.

1. Ticket Purchase

• Tickets are valid only for the session selected at purchase (morning or afternoon).

• Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the ticketing provider.

• Entry is subject to venue capacity limits.
   

2. Refund Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
   

3. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to event times, format, exhibitor participation or schedules where necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of significant changes.

4. Admission & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person engaging in disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. Attendees must comply with venue requirements and instructions from event staff.

5. Photography & Filming
Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event imagery.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
